- Material Removal: Removal of existing damaged skate ramp materials and refurbishment material debris. - Surface Preparation: Prepare skate ramp sub-surface for resurfacing, replace loose of missing fasteners on skate ramp sub-surface and structure. Sand or shamfer sharp edges. Prepare exterior skate ramp surfaces for sealing and exterior paint. - Material Installation: Installation of new skate ramp surfaces, approximately 250 sq ft, using Gator Skins or Skatelite exterior ramp surface products. Install wooden safety railings at skate ramp platforms using pressure treated wood materials, Enclose skate ramp platforms with exterior wood sheeting. Paint all exterior surfaces (excluding ramp surface) with high quality exterior paint. - Finishing: Painting, sealing, and other finishing touches as needed for high quality results. - Safety Features: Construction of safety hand-rails to be 48" high with toe plate and mid rail. Construction barrier/tape to be in place during refurbishment project until approved completion.
