HACLA seeks to contract with a qualified and experienced general engineering contractor or general building contractor to provide labor, materials, and supervision to construct a 1-story, 2,000 square foot stand-alone building, and related site improvements adjacent to an existing Community Center. The project is located at HACLA’s Imperial Courts Housing Development, 2250 E. 114th Street, Los Angeles, California 90059. The construction project is all and inclusive construction work that includes public walkways hardscapes and landscapes improvements and modernization in accordance with the attached Bid Set plans, dated March 14, 2025, entitled, “Watts Empowerment Center Studio Annex”, as prepared by architect Carrier Johnson + Culture.
