Provide Labor and materials to repair Chiller #1 (CH1) College of Dental Medicine: Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to successfully perform an Oil Pump Rebuild on a chiller. This chiller has recently undergone an oil pump replacement and does not currently have oil or refrigerant in the unit. The contractor shall perform all safety measures necessary to isolate the unit and perform work outlined below. Oil Level Sight Glass Repair: Repair the leaking oil sight glass Replace all associated O-rings Educator Filter Repair: Repair the leaking educator filter Replace associated O-rings Leak Verification: Place unit under a vacuum for 24 hours. Monitor vacuum level to ensure system integrity and confirm that leaks have been effectively repaired. Refrigerant Charge: Add 1450 pounds of R-134A refrigerant. System Readiness Verification: Confirm that all components and systems are properly configured and ready for operation. System Startup and Testing: Safely return unit to operational status. Perform a comprehensive system check to verify full functionality and proper performance.
