The County of San Luis Obispo Health Agency Behavioral Health Department is requesting proposals for SLE providers for adult men, women, and women with children who have been identified by the Court, County Probation and Behavioral Health Department as having a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) as established by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Screening and Assessment Tool for a Level of Care requiring housing. As community and geographical need for SLEs is always changing, the County seeks to establish a pool of vetted and qualified providers from which to potentially negotiate contracts based on community specific needs. Facilities must meet all licensing, permits, and certifications, and be free of any code violations.
