Bidder agrees to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and any other appurtenances necessary to install a new generator and automatic transfer switch at the Davidson Creek Lake Raw Water Pump Station as shown in the Drawings and as specified in the Contract Documents. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, taxes, grading, earthwork, reinforced concrete slabs, electrical conduits and ductbanks, soil erosion and sediment control, and all other appurtenances necessary for completion of the work and to place the new equipment into operation. The proposed generator has been purchased and will be delivered to the Toccoa Water Treatment Plant in October 2025.
