VITA seeks market insight specific to Identity Credential and Access Management services (ICAM). VITA would like to learn about the suppliers in the market that currently provide these services. We would also like to understand how ICAM services are currently structured in the marketplace, support, associated standards and cost models. We are interested in modern ICAM services that support a hybrid-multi-cloud environment. In order to serve our customers, identity governance activities need to be delegated to organizations in a self-service model, while still maintaining separation between organizational identities and objects where practical. We are also open to innovative recommendations from the supplier community.
