Separate bid prices on a per ton basis, are to be submitted for: a. Bituminous cold patch palletized in bags not to exceed 50 lbs each delivered to the Town of Bedford Public Works facility at 301 Adams Street, Bedford Hills, NY or to the Public Works Satellite facility located on Crusher Road in Bedford Village. Delivery shall be within 3 days of order. b. Bituminous cold patch, palletized in 50 lb. bags on pallets loaded onto Town of Bedford trucks at the bidder’s plant. c. Bituminous cold patch, loose bulk loaded onto Town of Bedford Trucks at the bidder’s plant. d. Cold Patch “Green” mix that uses Bio-Degradable and / or Recyclable Materials in its manufacture. Green cold patch palletized in bags not to exceed 50 lbs each delivered to the Town of Bedford Public Works facility at 301 Adams Street, Bedford Hills, NY or to the Public Works Satellite facility located on Crusher Road in Bedford Village.
