Hardware and Software Requirements (1) The installation should utilize the latest general release of the SCADA software. (2) Vendor must use the City’s existing equipment, servers, RTAC's, and RTU’s via Distributed Network Protocol (DNP3). (3) The SCADA solution must be accessible from the existing workstations and repurposed to connect to the new SCADA system by installing the most recent version of the SCADA software to allow parallel monitoring. (4) Vendor’s implementation team shall come on-site to install and test the new system, as well as to provide training for the new system.
