Specifications. 1. Product Specifications. (Quality) a. All finished products supplied by the Successful Bidder shall be constructed utilizing Fisher Athletic parent materials b. Products shall include windscreens, tarps, padding, and nets for a wide variety of sports including, but not limited to, baseball, football, cricket, and pickleball. 2. On-Site Services The Successful Bidder shall conduct necessary measurements of Henrico County sports fields to ensure the proper customized equipment is ordered and produced. Measurements of fields must be coordinated with the designated County representative. a. Bidder shall indicate an hourly rate per man hour for on-site consulting services including, but not limited to, athletic field measurements and designing customized specifications of windscreens, tarps, padding, and nets based on the assessment of the County’s athletic fields. b. The Successful Bidder shall provide on-site consulting services within 48 hours of a request from the County. 3. Orders (Turn Around Time) a. The County reserves the right to solicit goods from other vendors if the Successful Bidder is unable to provide ordered goods within the following time frames: Standard products - 2 weeks Custom products – 6 weeks
