Repairs to be completed: 1. Hydraulic Tank Removal • Remove and reinstall hydraulic tank as interference for Port work • Remove/reinstall (2) Angles securing hydraulic tank in place • Remove/reinstall exhaust IWO of removing hydraulic tank 2. Starboard Under Water Hull (UWH) Crop & Renew • Clean Bilge, prep for hot work • Drop rudders, remove shafts, and all interferences • Crop and renew approx 5' inboard, outboard, & overhead • Test all welds, reinstall strut tube, shaft, and rudders • Perform alignment, apply (2) Coats of Epoxy & (2) Coats of AF • Final sea trial 3. Shaft Alignments • Alignment may need to be corrected at the completion of the repairs 4. Penetration Renewal • Crop and renew 5 designated pipe thru-hull penetrations • 1-1/2" (2EA), 3" (2EA), 2" (1EA) • Assume USCG will allow doublers and reinforcing angle brackets to stay in place • 5. Stern Under Water Hull (UWH) Plate Renewal • Port Under Water Hull (UWH) Crop & Renew • Clean Bilge, prep for hot work • Drop rudders, remove shafts, and all interferences • Crop and renew approx 5' inboard, outboard, & overhead • Test all welds, reinstall strut tube, shaft, and rudders • Perform alignment, apply (2) Coats of Epoxy & (2) Coats of AF (Anti Fouling)
