1. The project work consists of the removal and replacement of the existing south roof mounted cooling tower at the DCU Center Arena Facility used for ice making at the arena. The building shall be designed and constructed so as to meet all requirements of the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the plans and specifications. 2. General Project Information : Removal and replacement of the roof mounted cooling tower on the south roof area of the DCU Center Arena Facility. The cooling tower is part of the arenaís ice making system. Work shall include any required steel dunnage modifications and roof repair. 3. The work will include all operations necessary to deliver the building(s) and ancillary on and off site amenities in a fully installed and operable condition including all utility and site work and obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and certificates. Where utilities exist within and adjacent to the building(s) and ancillary parking lots, and are known by the Owner, they have been shown on the site plan(s) appearing in, but not restricted to, the exhibits. Connections to these existing utility lines will be the responsibility of the Contractor.
