The Department of Finance seeks a complex comprehensive financial reporting tool that will connect to various financial modules in our instance of the cloud-based Oracle Fusion Cloud, our ERP system, to automate and streamline the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) process. This Request for Proposal (RFP) includes: a. Software Acquisition - Licensing of a subscription-based reporting tool. b. IT Implementation Services - Integration with Oracle Fusion Cloud financial modules and configuration of tool. c. Technical Accounting Configuration - Data mapping & validation by replicating the prior year's ACFR. d. Training & Knowledge Transfer - Ensuring in-house staff can manage the tool independently. e. Post-Implementation Support - Ongoing maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting. f. Vendor Demonstration & Procurement Timeline.
