The selected consultant(s) shall be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Economic Impact Assessment & Data Analysis: • Conduct pre- and post-disaster economic impact assessments. • Collect and analyze data related to business disruptions, workforce impacts, and economic losses. • Develop reports and presentations on economic recovery trends. 2. Business Recovery & Assistance: • Provide technical assistance to local businesses on accessing federal and state disaster funding (e.g., FEMA, EDA, Small Business Administration (SBA) disaster loans). • Coordinate with local chambers of commerce, business associations, and economic development agencies. • Develop and implement programs to support small business recovery. 3. Grant & Financial Management Support: • Identify and assist with applications for federal and state economic recovery grants. • Provide financial tracking and reporting assistance to ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations (2 CFR Part 200)
