A. Pick up and disposal of all litter in and around the restroom facility. B. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. C. Sweep and mop/pressure wash all floor surfaces nightly using a disinfectant cleaner and remove standing water if needed. D. Clean walls and ceiling with cleaner/disinfectant, including tile/grout. E. Wash and disinfect all partitions. F. Clean sink with cleaner/disinfectant G. Clean Mirrors H. Clean and disinfect toilets/urinals. I. Unclog toilets if they are clogged. J. Restock toilet paper. K. Remove any offensive odors. L. Any acts of vandalism, graffiti or theft shall be immediately reported to the City Representative. Manuel_Hernandez@casagrandeaz.gov M. Contractor shall report all water leaks immediately upon discovery to City Representative. N. Contractor shall report all electrical problems, such as damaged building lights, damaged light switches, and burnt-out lighting to the City Representative upon discovery.
