The Council plans to contract with trade associations to carry out programs and activities related to domestic wheat policy issues, wheat production, promotion and sales. The Council must award to no more than two trade associations incorporated in the State of North Dakota for the primary purpose of representation of wheat producers pursuant to North Dakota Century Code (N.D.C.C.) § 4.1-13. Intended Source: In the past, the Requestor has contracted with the following two (2) trade associations: ND Grain Growers Association U.S. Durum Growers Association 1002 Main Ave W, #3 & PO Box 1091 Fargo, ND 58078 Bismarck, ND 58502-1091. Based upon research, the North Dakota Wheat Commission identified only the (2) Intended Sources listed in this Notice that meet the requirements of N.D.C.C. § 4.1-13. These trade associations are incorporated in North Dakota with a primary purpose to represent wheat producers.
