The Aledo Team Section Headquarters is a 4-building complex established in 1975. The scope of work provides for constructing a new approximately 7,500 square foot storage building with two open bays. The work also includes site work, including correcting drainage issues and possibly constructing a retaining wall. The Aledo Equipment Storage Building (D0420) is a 5,760 square foot, one-story building established in 1975. The scope of work provides for replacing the roofing systems and attendant accessories, including but not limited to, soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts. The Knoxville Garage (D0422) is 4,000 square foot, one-story building established in 1996. The scope of work provides for demolishing the garage and constructing a new approximately 6,000 square feet, heated 4-bay equipment storage building. The Macomb Maintenance Storage Building (D0418) is a 16,100 square foot, one-story building established in 1972. The scope of work provides for demolishing the existing 50' x 72' equipment bays and break room area and replacing with an approximately 80' x 96' addition, including drive through truck storage, office, breakroom, and ADA compliant restrooms. The Monmouth Garage and Storage (D0405) is a 15,665 square foot, 2-story building established in 1962. The scope of work provides for replacing the roofing systems and attendant accessories, including but not limited to soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts. The work also includes replacing the existing awning overhang.
