SCOPE OF WORK IS INTERIOR ONLY TO DEMOLISH ALL EXISTING TENANT IMPROVEMENTS AND ADD 2 CONCRETE BLOCK DEMISING WALLS TO CREATE 7 TENANT SPACES OF 2,030 S.F. EACH AND RENOVATIONS TO THOSE RESULTING SPACES, INCLUDING PROVISION OF ONE OFFICE AND ONE A.D.A. COMPLIANT TOILET ROOM PER BAY. ALL TENANT IMPROVEMENTS ON THE SECOND FLOOR TO BE DEMOLISHED AND SPACES TO BE SUB-DIVIDED TO PROVIDE ONE SECOND FLOOR OFFICE TO CORRESPOND TO EACH BAY BELOW. THIS PROJECT SHALL PROVIDE CORE AND SHELL SPACE ONLY. TENANT COMPLETION DRAWINGS PER BAY TO BE SUBMITTED BY FUTURE TENANTS.
