The City of Victorville (City), through its Encampment Resolution Fund (ERF‐3‐R) initiative, invites qualified organizations to submit proposals for the administration and implementation of a Rapid Rehousing Program, supported by a total budget of $1,159,920. This program is a key component of the City’s strategic efforts to address homelessness within the prioritized encampment area along Interstate 15 and Highway 18 within the city limits, including those who were sheltered in our Wellness Center from those areas. The Rapid Rehousing Program is designed to transition 50 individuals and 7 families experiencing homelessness into stable, permanent housing by providing housing placement services, rental assistance, and landlord incentives
