DOCCS is seeking Mobile Imaging services at the facilities listed in Attachment #3. Contractor must provide Mobile Imaging Services for each facility within an awarded Lot as noted on the Bid Cost Sheets - (Attachment #1 Cost Sheet, and Attachment #2 Clinic Information). Attachment #3 contains a list of the Lots including facility names and addresses, and the NYS DOCCS Map. Services to include Digital Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) with and without contract, to be performed in the Contractor’s mobile unit on facility grounds. Other imaging services include X-ray, echocardiograms, ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound, mammography, and vascular laboratory services, which will be performed within designated correctional facility buildings, using the contractor’s own mobile imaging equipment. DOCCS medical providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, will refer patients for mobile imaging services.
