1. Needs Assessment: Evaluate current training facilities and identify operational requirements, gaps, and improvements. 2. Design and Development: Create master plan conceptual plans and schematic designs for the training ground, infrastructure, including training areas incorporating existing props, equipment, and a metal storage building with a secondary function as a classroom. Include schematic designs for the storage building including a classroom, bathrooms, showers, and kitchenette. 3. Budgeting and Cost Estimates: Provide a cost estimate of the Project for budgeting purposes, including design, infrastructure, and construction. Create a phased implementation where the first phase includes a minimum of our current training functionality. 4. Cost-saving measures: Identify methodologies for cost-savings approach in design and construction. 5. Permitting and Compliance: Ensure that the facility design meets all local, state, and federal codes, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., NFPA and ISO).
