The proposed Financial and Utilities Management software must include at a minimum the following modules plus three year minimum prior year detail history and include in proposal additional cost for each additional year history. In addition to the proposed Financial and Utilities Management Software, the City of Willard would like to include the following modules: Building Permits Code Enforcement Occupancy Permits Municipal Court Management The City of Willard intends to purchase a total system solution from a single vendor. This will include all database management software, ad-hoc query/reporting software, application software, data conversion, training, project implementation/administration, and on-going maintenance and support services. The City of Willard requests prices for any hardware and/or software necessary to operate specific features of the proposed software applications (i.e. bar code reader, receipt printer with check printing and endorsing, etc.) The City of Willard also wishes to procure a Financial and Utilities Management software application which does not require any additional professional data processing staffing.
