Demolition Demolition of interior construction will be limited to the Public Health department area. Refer to sheet AD-101 for the demolition scope. Structural Improvements Structural modifications to support operable partitions are not included in Phase 1. Girt modifications will be required to accommodate new window and door openings in the exterior walls of the Public Health area. Trenching and infill of the concrete slab will also be required to support underground plumbing within the Public Health area. Refer to sheet S-101. Exterior Improvements The Phase 1 scope includes painting of the entire building, as shown on sheet A-201. All exterior improvements noted on this sheet are to be included in Phase 1, with the exception of new openings, awnings, signage, and the gas meter located along the Environmental Health and Treatment Services areas.
