Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: a. Assist State teams in aligning program strategies, funding, and procurement efforts with modernization objectives to drive effective implementation. b. Ensure alignment with ADS and AHS processes, procedures, standards, and best practices as they relate to support systems delivery and post-implementation. Coordinate and work with ADS teams on cybersecurity, data privacy, enterprise project management office (EPMO), enterprise architecture (EA) and technology policy alignment as needed. c. Provide direct support for non-IT program initiatives and projects by guiding planning, execution, monitoring and close out activities per State standards, ensuring alignment with program objectives. d. Identify challenges, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement within enterprise programs e. Ensure modernization initiatives adhere to federal and State policies, including State statutes and regulatory requirements for CMS, FNS, and MITA compliance. f. Support the organization, allocation, and tracking of business/program resources to ensure sustainable execution of initiatives. g.
