1. Removal of existing floor finishes. 2. Removal and disposal of fixed auditorium seating is not within the General Contractor’s Scope of Work. This Scope of Work is NIC – Provided by Others. 3. Removal and replacement of existing wood frame ramp and steps from Corridor W01-0059 to Auditorium Stage W01-0085 with new steps and ramp system. 4. New finish floor, wall, and ceiling finishes throughout the Auditorium area, and adjacent related spaces except the following Scope of Work items that are, NIC – Provided by Others: a. Carpet Tile (NIC) b. Rubber Flooring (NIC) c. Resilient Wall Base and Accessories (NIC) d. Paint Finishes are NIC – Provided by Others. (New and existing interior woods scheduled for Stain and / or Satin Transparent Finishes are included within the General Contractor’s Scope of Work.) e. Electrical (NIC) 5. New and existing Interior woods scheduled for Stain and / or Satin Transparent Finish (All hardwoods and hardwood veneers, and existing Fir stage flooring are included within the General Contractor’s Scope of Work.) 6. New auditorium aisle, and step handrails. 7. Construction of wood framed infill floor over two existing tiered seating areas to create base for Fixed u university seating with wheelchair spaces.
