A. The diesel fuel must be of the grade now regularly manufactured and suitable for use in compression ignition internal combustion engines and equal in every respect to the type and grade being delivered to the Monroe MUA by the contractor under a recognized trade name; no so-called "competitive grade" will be accepted. B. All grades of diesel fuel contained in this proposal shall be uniform first quality low-sulfur type which shall conform in all respects to the requirements as set forth in the United States Department of Commercial Standards CS-12-48 for domestic and industrial fuel oils, and chapter X of the New Jersey Air Pollution Control Code on "Control and Prohibition of Air Pollution from sulfur dioxide caused by the combustion of fuel" as per specifications listed below and herein made a part of this proposal, and as adopted by the New Jersey State Department of Health.
