1-Holding tank evacuation and refill twice per month 24 MON TH 2-Restocking Hand sanitizer & paper towel dispensers 24 MON TH 3-Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the portable unit 24 MON TH. The contractor must evacuate the holding tank for the single stall portable toilet and refill it with appropriate deodorant solution and fresh water twice per month. 2.3.2 The evacuation of the holding tank shall be done in a clean and sanitary manner avoiding spills. Any spills must be promptly cleaned up by the contractor at no additional cost to the Department and must be reported immediately to MECC business manager. 2.3.3 The contractor must provide a sanitary waterless hand cleaner dispenser and a paper towel dispenser to be installed inside the portable toilet at no additional cost to the Department. 2.3.4 The contractor must re-stock and refill the sanitary, waterless hand cleaner dispenser and paper towel dispenser when evacuation services are performed. 2.3.5 The contractor must clean, sanitize and maintain the door handles, walls, floor, and toilet bowl and seat of the portable toilet with a commercial grade portable toilet cleaner when evacuation services are performed.
