Monitoring Services a. NOC IP Device SNMP Monitor Monthly b. NOC Monitor Site Probe Monthly c. Perform software/ firmware updates for Lenel, Avigilon Control Center, & BARCO software. b. Perform system changes as requested by BSH or Governor’s Office i. Modify access groups ii. Modify user accounts iii. Adding/ removing user accounts iv. Adding/ removing items from system lists c. Troubleshoot system failures such as devices and software not operating as designed d. Generate system reports as needed e. Troubleshoot network issues/ performance issues f. Perform system back-ups on a quarterly basis g. Maintain as-built drawings for building devices h. Provide essential training for BSH personnel for Lenel and/ or ACC, as needed or requested. i. Maintain VPN for Avigilon Control Center Mobile App j. Add/ Remove/ Modify VPN users jj. Maintain VPN Domain k. Troubleshoot integration issues with additional security support devices. l. Troubleshoot duress and intrusion detection system issues. 4. Security System Integration Provide quotes for needed replacement and new devices. Respond and perform work in a timely manner. In addition, the vendor will provide one (1) technician on site at the State House for one half day (4 hours) every other week on an agreed upon day to address regular maintenance issues, perform system maintenance, and assist with testing and system enhancements. Additionally, the vendor will ensure a technician is available to respond to the State House within four (4) hours of an emergency service request. An emergency service request will be defined by the BSH Director of Security and/or the Physical Security Manager and includes a security system failure that negatively impacts the operational capability of the facility and/ or poses a high risk of injury to employees, security personnel, and visitors. All technicians, engineers, and other employees scheduled to conduct work onsite at the Massachusetts State House are required to successfully pass a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check every twelve (12) months prior to being granted access to the facility.
