The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and as describe in the Specifications which comprises of the cleaning and TV inspection of the City’s collection system West Interceptor. Some of the work is on County Road and the contractor must follow all County Road requirements. Due to the daily peak flows, some or all of the work may have to be completed at night. The City’s collection system is a combine sewer system and therefore, the contractor must always monitor the weather to avoid working during wet weather events. The time period to complete the work is 60 calendar days but an extension of time may be considered if the work is delay due to wet weather events or reasons that are beyond the control of the contractor.
