The provision of Lawn Care, Trash Removal, Vegetation and Small Tree Trimming services for properties deemed by the City to be unsafe, unsanitary, dangerous, or detrimental to public safety or welfare. 3.1 Lawn Care: 3.1.1 Shall be performed at a flat rate regardless of lot size. 3.1.2 Shall be scheduled by the vendor within three business days following notification of the job by the Office of Developmental Services. 3.1.3 Shall be performed and completed within 5 business days of notification. 3.1.4 Must be performed with the lowest deck height on any equipment used for mowing, with reasonable exceptions allowed for terrain, up to a maximum height of 4 inches. 3.2 Tree Trimming and Vegetation Removal: 3.2.1 Shall include the cutting and removal of vines, brush, woody foliage, and small tree removal. 3.2.2 Removal of trees smaller than 4” in diameter shall be done with respect to the species, size and growth potential of the tree, as determined by the vendor. 3.2.3 Vendor must not remove vegetation that provides a reasonable boundary on the property lines or reasonably appears to be a part of the normal landscaping of the property.
