The successful contractor shall be responsible for: • Providing all equipment, curriculum, and teaching materials to class attendees • Providing / Maintaining high quality program and instructors for students • Approval of all marketing materials and any changes to the program / class • Coordinating with the Community Education Department in determining actual class times and schedules • In the event of a date change, every attempt will be made by the contractor to provide program services. In the event of a cancellation, the contractor will communicate directly with Community Education and notify parents at least one (1) day prior to the class start date. Every attempt will be made by the vendor to provide the program services for the canceled class • Requesting offered programs(s) at any school site location throughout the District • Adhering to the discipline policy of the schools they are assigned • All instructors 21 and over to be fingerprinted by DPS/FBI and provide documentation to Community Education Department • Instructors maintaining all weekly attendance records and providing the attendance information to Community Education as needed • Training and supervising all staff Programs including but not limited to: • Art • Fashion / Design • Financial / Money Management • Health / Life Skills • Multi-cultural Dance • Performance (modeling, ventriloquism, etc.) • Photography • Sports - Gymnastics • STEAM Programs (related topics- science, technology, engineering, arts (includes writing), and mathematics) • Technical / Technician Skills
