Scope of Work 1. Coordinate HVAC filter replacement through Collierville Schools Operations Department prior to the commencement of work so that any conflicts such as testing, school holidays, school activities, etc. can be determined. 2. Remove dirty HVAC filters and dispose of off-site. 3. Supply and install new HVAC filters as specified in the project documents. A filter inventory is attached. 4. Inspect HVAC systems for any obvious defects and/or damage and report noted problems to the Plant Manager at each school. 5. Mark HVAC filters with the date at the time of installation. 6. Provide a written service report, with any repair recommendations, for each location and send the report to the Collierville Schools Operations Department.
