The Contractor shall work closely with 2FM’s team and other members as designated, to provide Energy Management and Advisory Services, as described herein, to the City and its designees as determined, including: 1. At the onset, immediately establishing processes and protocols to ensure assistance in administering the City’s Energy Procurement and Management Program. 2. Provide and administer reliable cost efficient and risk managed services for City electricity, natural gas, low-sulfur diesel, gasoline, alternative fuels including biodiesel and compressed natural gas and renewable energy solutions, where applicable, and as requested by the City. 3. Provide rapid communications and responses within twenty-four (24) hours to the City for energy management and advisory services where applicable. 4. Establish short and longer-term proactive and reactive energy management strategies. 5. Maintain energy management with the City. 6.
