1. Install and maintain one vending machine that dispenses fresh, restaurant style, meals in a staff only area location mutually agreed upon by both parties and to keep same in satisfactory working condition. 2. Maintain an adequate supply of products to be dispensed by the vending machines at all times with competitive pricing. 3. Affix safety devices to preclude vending machine tip over. 4. Clean and sanitize vending machines with a suitable cleaning solution on a periodic basis and at other intervals as agreed by both parties. 5. Ensure that all products are maintained and available within the time date established for safe human consumption. 6. Maintain all required state, county and city or other licenses for operation of vending machines. 7. Comply with System Agency approval of product selection prior to placement in vending machines. 8. Maintain legal ownership of vending machines installed on System Agency property and pay all taxes accordingly. 9. System Agency will monitor Contractor’s performance of the requirements and compliance with the Contract’s terms and conditions. 10. Additional machines or equipment may be installed or removed upon mutual agreement between System Agency and Contractor.
