The required services shall consist of working under the direct supervision of the A&M System’s FPC staff member to provide design, and/or construction support on an “as needed” basis. The selected Respondent(s) will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment including but not limited to computer software, testing equipment, and necessary safety equipment part of their overhead and without separate reimbursement. Activities for which electrical testing services may be requested as a minimum include any or all of the following during construction: a. Perform NETA standard HiPOT and / or VLF testing of both medium and high voltage cable and bus ways. b. Perform NETA standard test set for transformer and motors. c. Perform NETA standard test set for Medium Voltage & Low Voltage Switchgear, Switchboards, Panelboards, Breakers and Switches. d. Perform NETA & NFPA 110/111 generator and automatic transfer switch testing. e. Perform NETA test set for batteries and Uninterruptible Power Supplies systems. f. Perform NETA standard test set for Electronic relays and miscellaneous controls. g. Perform IEEE standard test(s) for Ground Resistance Testing.
