This RFP seeks to identify a software solution that will enhance efficiency, compliance, and collaboration in achieving SACSCOC accreditation reaffirmation. Vendors are encouraged to submit comprehensive proposals that align with the institution’s accreditation needs. Eastern Kentucky University is soliciting proposals for the acquisition of a software solution to support the institution’s reaffirmation of accreditation with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). The selected software will facilitate document management, reporting, compliance tracking, and collaboration to ensure a streamlined and efficient accreditation process. The solution must align with SACSCOC accreditation reaffirmation requirements, compliance with documentation formats, reporting structures, and review processes. It is the intent of the University to award one (1) vendor for the entire solution. However, if in the best interest of the University, the University reserves the right to award in part or in whole, and to award multiple contracts. The scope of this RFP includes: • Software acquisition, installation, and configuration • User training and ongoing support • Integration with existing institutional systems • Security compliance and data protection • Deployment in time for the Fall 2025 accreditation review cycle
