A. The Vendor shall submit a project plan outlining the surface preparation, coating schedule, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for the owner's approval. B. Color palettes must be approved by Facilities Administration prior to commencement. The selected colors should match or complement the existing color scheme. C. All products used must be the same or equivalent to the Benjamin Moore products specified. D. Application logs should be maintained and submitted to the owner upon completion of the work. The Vendor shall be fully responsible for the protection of all non-target surfaces within and adjacent to the project work area. Prior to commencing any work that may pose a risk of overspray, staining, abrasion, or other forms of damage or contamination, the Vendor shall implement appropriate measures to effectively cover, mask, or otherwise shield these surfaces. Protective measures shall be maintained throughout the duration of the work and shall be removed promptly upon completion, ensuring no residue, adhesive, or damage is left behind. This obligation includes, but is not limited to, the following elements: 1. Limestone facades. 2. Windows and doors (including frames, hardware, and glass). 3. Concrete surfaces (horizontal and vertical). 4. Picnic tables and attached seating. 5. Galvanized brackets, supports, and fasteners. 6. Trash receptacles (including fixed and movable units). 7. Electrical outlets, switches, light fixtures, and junction boxes. 8. Drinking fountains and associated plumbing fixtures. 9. Metal facades and architectural metal panels.
