UCM is seeking a firm who will promote and protect the trademarks and collect and process licensing fees through a Trademark Licensing program. UCM is also requesting consultant services on matters of licensing, branding, logos, marks, etc. UCM seeks a company with modern and up to date processes and procedures to get the most out of the licensing of UCM athletic branding, logos, marks, etc. The contractor must maintain accurate books of account and records at its principal place of business covering all transactions relating to the licenses being granted in accordance with the contract. The University and its duly authorized representative shall have the right, upon reasonable notice, to examine the contractor’s books of account and records and all other documents and material in possession or under the control of the contractor with respect to the subject matter and the terms of the contract and to make copies and extracts thereof.
