The Newark Board of Education seeks proposals for a Performance and Learning Management Data System designed to support comprehensive evaluation, continuous learning, and professional development for instructional and noninstructional staff. This platform will enable the District to efficiently manage evaluations, facilitate professional growth, streamline lesson plan reviews, track professional development, and provide powerful analytics for informed decisionmaking. The platform should support staff at all levels, align with District priorities, and ultimately enhance student outcomes through the development and support of effective educators. The selected platform must meet the needs of a large, urban K-12 district, enabling data-driven decision-making, enhanced professional growth opportunities, streamlined processes, and advanced analytics to ensure equitable and consistent practices across all schools and departments. The platform should support at least 8,000 unique users. The platform should be ready for launch, with all features, by August 1, 2025. The District anticipates to award this contract by July 1st, proposers shall provide a thirty day timeline for implementation.
