1. EDGING Complete site edging of trees, curbs, sidewalks, beds, buildings, sprinklers, valve boxes, meter boxes, walls, fences and foundations etc., shall be performed to ensure the site looks groomed and complete. Special care should be taken to avoid damage to the tree trunks, shrubs, sprinklers and structures. 2. MOWING Debris to be removed from area to be mowed prior to beginning the work. The cutting height of the lawn shall be between 1 and 3 inches, as determined by Agency representative. March to October mowing shall be weekly, November to February mowing shall be null, once a month or less. Schedule frequency is subject to change as determined by the Agency’s representative. There is no mowing required at the Oregon House property. 3. WATERING, IRRIGATION & DRAINAGE Irrigation systems shall be turned off manually or confirmed to turn off, if automated, during long periods of rain. The contractor will adjust irrigation timers to eliminate excess run-off and over spray at all water sites. All sites will be irrigated during the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
