Replacement of approximately 470 feet of 6-inch cast iron water main with new 8-inch water main in Emerson Street from Highland Street to Merrill Street. Replacement of approximately 550 feet of 8-inch water main with new 8-inch water main in Russell Street between Pleasant Street and Highland Street. Cleaning and lining of approximately 3,000 linear feet of existing 12-inch water main in Highland Street between Main Street and Broadway Street. This water main is located in the Low Service Zone.
