The Bolivar R-I School District is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of a standalone restroom and storage facility located on school grounds. The proposed 1,200 square foot (sq. ft.) building will include: 600 sq. ft. Concrete Block Walls (CMU) with 8’ wall height Metal, sloped roof system Concrete floors throughout Manual flush-valve toilets (no auto sensors) Manual faucets Floor drains in each of the 3 primary sections (men’s, women’s, storage) Mini-split HVAC system in storage area Overhead garage door (Storage Area) Interior LED lighting Exterior dusk-to-dawn lighting Window in storage area with potential for future concessions use Exterior electrical outlets and water hookup for utility and event support Scope of Work Includes: Site grading, excavation, and utility extensions and connections to nearest access point Concrete slab foundation Full plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Permits, inspections, and project closeout documentation
