Provide aggregate view of all Starlink assets with the ability to view additional details for each. Aggregate view should display live geolocation of units. Aggregate view should provide access to unit details such as active alerts and data usage metrics. Historical data on previous alerts should be viewable within the same interface. Condition-based optional emails can be configured to be sent out with alerts. Hardware information such as Router Name, ID, and hardware version should be viewable within the same interface. Reports should be available to track data consumption both individual units and the Department as a whole. Line Item #2 – Armada Pooled Data Plan – Enhanced Access Fee Mfg./Brand: Armada Part #: AST-TAF-LOC MUST BE or HAVE: Share a single data pool across all Starlink terminals. Priority Data provides all terminals preemptive access in congested environments. Line Item #3 – Armada Bandwidth – Local Data Pool Mfg./Brand: Armada Part #: ACC-EA-LP-01 MUST BE or HAVE: Bandwidth to be used by Starlink terminals.
