The Hesperia Unified School District is seeking a qualified vendor to This project involves the removal and replacement of deteriorated or outdating T-11, fascia,, lower trim and ramp skirting of ten (10) classrooms and two (2) bathroom buildings across four (4) sites.. The new exterior finishes shall utilize Hardie fiber-cement panels (or equal) for improved durability, and long-term performance. Some locations will also need fascia replaced which will require removal of roofing material. Contractor shall not damage roofing membrane so that it can be reattached once fascia is replaced. Any damage will shall be repaired by conractor. Fascia needs to be replaced with rough sawn pine primed or (equal). Painting will also be in scope of work.
