A. Class B Foam Trailer 1. Type: Bumper pull equipment trailer. No bolts, screws, or rivets shall be used in attachment of the trailer chassis frame members. 2. GVWR: 9,990 lbs. Maximum 3. Height: 65-74" Fixed Waterway: 4" Schedule 40 powder coated stainless steel cross pipe capped with 4" Storz inlet connections with caps, mounted underneath the trailer chassis, under the operator's platform. Waterway terminates at the base of the monitor riser-pipe. 5. Riser Pipe: 4", Schedule 40 powder coated stainless steel riser pipe connected midline to the fixed waterway. Riser-pipe terminates to a Valve Under Monitor (VUM) PS 4"ANSI x 4"ANSI w/ drain C1/C2/C3/C4 blind plug (Model AKP131111D or approved substitute), and Monsoon Tiller 4"ANSI 150/DN100 PN16, 2.5"NH male outlet - red powder coated (Model Y4-T25A-Z or approved substitute). 6. Foam Attack Line Outlets: Two (2), 1-1/2" Schedule 10 stainless steel piping, with quarter turn valves, piped to two (2) 125 gallon per minute (GPM) eductors, w/ plumbed tubing to supply hand line eductors with foam concentrate; eductors are connected directly to attack hand lines (in or out of hose bins). Piping shall be secured to the bottom of the trailer chassis, keeping the operator platform clear from trip hazards. 7. Foam Concentrate Manifold and Storage: a. Foam manifold built from stainless steel to resist corrosion from foam concentrate with 1 1½" cam-lock style connections on both sides to facilitate maintenance. b. Foam manifold shall supply self-eduction master stream nozzle and two (2), 125 GPM eductors, via appropriately sized flexible tubing with cam-lock connections.
