• You must confirm the ability to meet or exceed all bid specifications and requirements. • The washer must be a 100% direct replacement of the existing unit. The washer must fit within the space and pit with no modifications required. The washer cannot require any facility utility changes. The screen should automatically remove debris each time the unit is drained. • The rack washer must use all non-proprietary, readily available “off the shelf” brand name parts and components. Replacement/repair parts must be available locally. The original manufacturer’s name and part number must be provided for each component, eliminating the need to go to the manufacturer for replacement parts while reducing downtime and repair costs. • The rack washer must be warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years from the time of start-up and training unless otherwise specified. Any defective parts and labor to repair or replace such part(s) shall be provided under this warranty for twenty-four (24) months.
