• Services shall be provided by skilled, competent, and appropriately licensed, certified, and trained technicians, as applicable with at least five years of experience with; i. Structured copper cabling installation, maintenance, and repair (inside/outside plant), ii. Structured fiber optic installation, maintenance, and repair (inside/outside plant) iii. Excavation and aerial services (installation, maintenance, and repair conduit, manhole, etc.) iv. Certification by one copper cabling manufacturer of structured voice and data cabling; and a Manufacturer’s Certification Warranty of at least 15 years v. Certification by one fiber cabling manufacturer of structured voice and data cabling; and a Manufacturer’s Certification Warranty of at least 15 years vi. Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) on staff during the term of the Contract • All impairments shall be reported to the Owner representative on the day they are identified. The Owner’s representative will decide on a course of action as appropriate to maintain occupant safety. • For non-emergent services the service contractor shall submit to the Owner’s representative an estimate of cost for the required services. The Owner’s issuance of a work order shall constitute the Owner’s direction to proceed. • The firm shall furnish emergency services upon request of the Owner. The Firm shall maintain 24- hour toll-free notification services and staffing capable of being onsite within one (1) hour notice, or an agreed upon time, to the Owner Representative. The Firm will need to review the scope of work and provide a quote for the requested work to the Owner Representative. • USNH has offices, large and small, throughout the State of New Hampshire (Durham, Plymouth, Keene, Manchester, Concord) which require service coverage. The Bidder should describe the locations of offices/resources where the work will be dispatched from and their abilities to service the various USNH offices and possibly sites outside NH. • Bid responses must describe the team / staff to be assigned to the account, knowledge / training practice, and approach to this requirement. • It is preferable that the contractor staff team assigned to the contract be consistent/stable to become knowledgeable regarding USNH sites, practices and infrastructure.
