The CWL desires to procure the services of a qualified and experienced contractor to provide unplanned maintenance and preventative maintenance on gas turbines, generators, exciters, control systems, balance of plant, and other systems at the CEC and CMPP on a time and material basis. The projects, services, material and parts needed may include but are not limited to those listed on the Pricing Page(s) of this RFP. Services may include subcontracting third party technical services and incidentials associated with the maintenance, repairs, replacement, and installation of equipment. Contract shall supply fully qualified and experienced on-site supervision, craft workers and technicians required for specific tasks as directed or approved by CWL personnel.
