A. GREENHOUSE REMOVAL 1. Except for foundations, concrete pads or buried items, each greenhouse and all related appurtenances shall be removed. 2. All conduit, cable, panels, boxes, and other electrical equipment in the greenhouses shall be removed entirely. 3. All piping, furnaces and other natural gas equipment in the greenhouses shall be removed if the vendor wishes to retain these items or equipment., If the vendor does not want these items or equipment, the vendor shall coordinate with the City for removal and disposal at the City’s expense. 4. Posts, supports or other framing can be cut flush with the ground or concrete slab surface and be left in place. 5. All plastic sheeting, broken or damaged items and other debris shall be removed from the site. B. UTILITIES 1. Once the electrical service disconnect is complete, buried conduit and cable that feeds the greenhouse can be cut flush with the ground or concrete slab surface. The buried service feed can be left in place. 2. Once the natural gas service disconnect is complete, buried service piping that feeds the greenhouse can be cut flush with the ground or concrete slab surface. The buried service feed can be left in place. C. INSURANCE AND INDEMNIFICATION 1. A certificate of insurance meeting the requirements indicated in the RFP shall be provided to the City of Bloomington before any work begins. 2. A completed waiver of liability, hold harmless and indemnification document included in the RFP shall be provided to the City of Bloomington before any work begins.
