The Contractor shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: A. Designating its Project Manager, in writing, to the Tax Collector (TC). The Contractor’s Project Manager shall communicate with the TC Project Managers on all issues related to the Contracted services being provided. If at any time the Contractor wishes to reassign the Project Manager, the Contractor must notify the TC in writing of such change immediately. B. Providing a secure folder dedicated to the TC on an SFTP site to be used for the transmission of large &/or sensitive data files. The folder shall be accessible only to the Contractor and the TC. C. Providing and storing all paper, paper stock, labels, and envelopes necessary to complete the requirements of this Contract. 1. The Contractor shall maintain an accurate inventory of all supplies dedicated to the fulfillment of this Contract. 2. The Contractor shall provide detailed inventory information to the TC on a quarterly basis, or as requested by the TC. 3. The Contractor shall meet with the TC annually to review existing supply levels, and to determine the supply needs for the coming year by August. 4. The Contractor shall place all supply orders in such a way as to obtain the best price on supplies and ensure sufficient quantities shall be available to meet the TC’s needs for the year....
