Specifications include, but are not limited to: General Scope of Work/Specifications; 1.1 The Work will consist of, but is not limited to, providing all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment to: 1.1.1 Painting/striping of center/emergency lines; 1.1.2 Painting of curbs; 1.1.3 Painting of stenciled names, numbers, and/or symbols; 1.1.4 Laying out and striping of parking stalls; 1.2 Standards colors used are red, white, yellow and blue. Other colors may be required on an as needed basis. 1.3 Before any Work occurs, Contractor is to: 1.3.1 Inspect the parking lot to assess the condition of existing markings and layout; 1.3.2 Clear the parking lot of debris, dirt or obstructions to unsure a clean surface for proper adhesion; 1.3.3 Mark or outline new striping area, if applicable, based upon approved layout plans; 1.4 All work dates/times will be coordinated in advance with Owner’s representative.
